Honey roast parsnips

How do you do them
Ive never done them and cannot find a recipe for them
I dont want them to be hard so do i need to preboil them first?

I did the choc brownies again last week, they are to die for - we were having people over in the afternoon for a tea thing and they all raved about them

Its been ages since I last made those brownies...I used to double it up and make it in a roasting pan

the boys always wanted this for their birthday cake!

One year I put the tin on top of the oven to cool down before I put the icing on. When I went into the kitchen next I found Jasper standing with his front paws on the top of the cooker..and he'd eaten most of the cake!

Oh I can well imagine our jakey pooh sits behind me the whole time im making them and he licks the bowl!!!! I dread to think of the damage hed do if I left them somewhere he could get them Id say we would have no brownies and one very full and satisfied jakey pooh!!

polar, you can buy them already frozen in tescos finest range and they are nice...
