these are some underwater pictures i took while on holiday in Sharm el sheikh in egypt.

they were taken with either a disposable camera or a digital camera in an aquapac.

these first lot of pictures were taken from the beach area by the sonesta beach hotel in naama bay...

these next lot of pictures were taken from the Renaissance Golden View hotel situated in the ras um sid area of sharm....

Medot,
those pickys are great. Only ever snorkeled once on a reef in the Caribbean and loved it. Sharm looks even better though. Given a tip by a young girl 3 years back - take a bit of bread with you to feed the fish and they'll swim near to you.

Tango, Viv and I booked to go to Luxor (booked last year, travelled in Feb 2006) never having been to Egypt or further east than Naples.

We loved it so much we hope to return Feb 2007. Food, hotel quality, sights, friendliness of locals - everything was great. Convince him.

Mike

ooooo mike......if you did that in sharm...you wouldn't be popular.

there are loads of warning signs up asking people NOT to feed the fish.

obviously some people do which is such a shame...a bit like when they will insist on walking on the coral!!!
