:D Its very fattening but absolutely delicious and very simple.

Ingredients:

Big (10fl oz) carton double cream

Small (5fl oz) carton single cream

Big tin nestle condensed milk (not sure of size but it costs around £1 to £1.20)

Then for flavour, EITHER:

3 teaspoons coffee granules dissolved in as little as poss boiling water

or

3 teaspoons cocoa powder (not drinking choc) made into a paste with water

or

get a tin of strawberries in syrup (not fruit juice) and pour the lot through a seive and collect the syrup. Mash the starwberries in the seive so some of the pulp come through too.

Method:

Whizz the 2 creams and the condensed milk up all together in a food mixer (or by hand with a beater but it makes your arm hurt) for a few minutes.

Then add the flavour of your choice and whizz it up again for a couple of minutes.

Pour it all into a pyrex dish and wazz it in the freezer.

It takes a good 6 to 8 hours to freeze, best overnight.

BE WARNED: It freezes extremely hard, I have broken countless spoons trying to serve it, so if its been left overnight its best to get it out about 15 mins before you will be serving it.

It keeps for a good week in the freezer.
