just bought a new smoothie maker yesterday, a anthony worrel-thompson
intelligent blender.
just made a smoothie wild berries, and it was lovely mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
any more recipes out there, greatly recieved. thanks. julie.

Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 Ripe Banana
300 ml (1/2 pint) of semi skimmed Milk
1 Tablespoon smooth peanut butter
Peel and chop the banana and leave in freezer at least 2 hours if not overnight. _________________

40g (1 1/2 oz) dried cranberries
1/2 lemon (juice only)
1 large banana
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons Greek yougurt
200 ml (7 fl oz) whole or semi-skimmed milk _________________

I dont actually use any of these recipies
What I do is freee a mixture of my favourite fruit.
Take them out of freezer and in the smoothie maker along with either orange juice , cranberry juice or apple juice or milk along with Greek yougurt.
This way you can make it to your own taste
