Heroes is repeated Sunday nights late 12:15 am And i'm sure that Mondays repeat is a week behind.
If you watch BBC3 Wednesday 10pm thats a week ahead....

I haven't seen Lost since Channel five let it go...  I really started to get into it but, with Freeview there's enough telly for me to watch without forking out another bundle to watch one or two programmes..

Well thouroughly enjoyed Series 1 of Heroes 
Had to smile though after it finished there was a trailer for the last episode of The Tudors which now describes it as the SERIES FINALE
