If anyone is confused about parts of the book why not PM each other for answers.Hannah is an authority on it she has now read it 3 times and is also a member of a discussion forum.....she's also seen the JK interview she gave after the book came out where she answered any questions readers may have.....like what did all the characters do for a living etc etc

In the last book I think that Snape will turn out to be a goodie and will die at the end (she says three characters will die)
Also think Draco will, well if not be "good" will turn out not to be as evil as he has been so far.
Originally theought that Dumbledore wasnt dead, but apparently JK Rowling said in an interview that he definitely IS!
I think that Dumbledore was asking Snape to kill him in the last book, and Snape "had" to do it, but I dont think he's evil. he's maintaining his cover.
I dont know who the other two characters who will die will be..............maybe Hagrid?
Also I think the initials in the locket (RAB) are Regulas Black.
Am wondering what the other horcruxes will be, wouldnt be surprised if one of them isisnt Harry's scar.

I loved this book. I thought she tied up all the ends very well............and I was so pleased to see my favourite character was a hero..............in fact I think he was MORE of a hero than Dumbledore, who certainly had his flaws......(but then Im biased!!).
Can I ask one question to all who have read it? Why would Dumbledore, someone who was so wise have put that ring on and burned his hand? That only happened in the last book...............found the explanation a bit hard to believe (that he was looking for his relatives to come back)..

Ok I'll try to explain Scarletts question in a spoiler

The ring contains the ressurection stone.
Dumbledore had searched for the ressurection stone for many years when he was younger as he wanted to bring back his parents to look after Ariana.when she died he gave up the search.
when many years later he came in possession of the ring the force to use it was twofold....his past desire to bring back his parents and his desire to see Ariana again and say sorry.....as he blames himself for her death.
He knew the ring was a horcrux and he also knew that it could hurt or even destroy him.....but he would see that as just punishment for his part in his sisters death,plus his desire to make ammends was just to strong
I sort of thought that was the reason, but thats the only bit of the book that didnt ring "true" for me.............I jus thought that even though he had this desire, he was intelligent enough to know that he shouldnt be doing it..................but its a VERY small quibble, the rest of the story was fantastic!!!!!
Alex started it as we got on the coach for the airport at 11.30am, and finished it at half past midnight at my mum's in France!! I drove him mad while he was reading it, asking if it was good
I started in the next day....what can I say - absolutely brilliant, deffo the best of the lot and I loved them all!!
I have to confess I DID make Alex tell me certain things early on, I couldn't bear the suspense
