I actually like quinoa Well, there's not much to dislike I suppose, cos it doesn't taste of much, but I like the texture of it, and the shape pleases me It also makes me feel virtuous eating it, though I must admit I do like it smothered in olive oil, which I suppose defeats the object rather!!!!!
Couscous, nope, just don't like it, even when I add stuff to it.
What about fried polenta? That's another "interesting" dish!!!!

I buy the Ainsley Harriott cous cous, the roasted vegetable style and the spice sensation are lovely, usualy use it to stuff sweet peppers |

reading this made me hungry, so just made some green thai cous cous, yum. we watched a chef on tv ( the female one, can't remember her name) cook polenta and she made it look soooo lovely, she was mmmm and rrrrring every mouthful---so went right out and bought some, did the recipe with cheese and it was ----HORRID--all in the bin. she must of been on a backhander from the polenta company. _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/]

well i had it.
i poured boiling water over it....added a chicken stock cube...and let it rest for 5 mins....then added cooked chopped peppers, red onins and chopped baby corn.
stirred in some hot chilli sauce.
yep it made a change and hubby liked it too.
i couldn't eat loads of it...but i'll do it again...and will also do some cold when i have one of my buffet parties |

I serve it with chicken casserole instead of potato. I mix it all together so it's not the main ingredient. Just a texture. _________________

I like my cous cous mixed with chopped up roasted veggies and cubes of feta cheese, then stuffed into a whole roasted pepper. _________________
