I've never heard of these, but I bet you don't use real Bailey's in them....just some whiskey flavouring and some other mystery ingredients (apart from the cake mix of course) ..........
Have you eaten some somewhere? Were they Bailey's coloured or chocolate? _________________

Hi I've reserached this some more.....if you type "Baileys muffins" into Google, you get lots of German recipe sites (well we all know they love their cakes ) which translate a bit funny.....and there was also some oddly translated discussion about improvements to the recipe, so I thought it best not to post it here....
...but then I found this one in English...seems like they've got ordinary chocolate muffins (you could even buy some ready made) with bailey's flavoured icing!!!!
