WILD GARLICI have loads of wild garlic in my garden, but I do not know how to use it does anyone know please

You use it in the same sort of dishes you would put normal garlic in, the difference is you mainly use the leaves and it's quite a bit milder. Please make sure it is wild garlic though because Lily of the valley looks very similar and people have died thinking they are eating wild garlic.
