The Venetian, Las VegasWhilst in Vegas last week, we decided that we would spend a night on the Strip, to enjoy the experience/gambling/drinking etc etc.
We had had an offer from The Venetian, for a suite, for $118 a night. we decided to take up the offer, and booked it. Within 5 minutes of seeing the suite, we wondered "why are we only staying for one night?" and rapidly extended our stay to 2 nights - and they gave us the same 'offer' price.
As part of the deal, we also got $50 of free slots play, $30 off a meal at Woo Restaurant (which is actually in the adjoining Palazzo hotel) and $50 off a spa treatment (which we didn't use).
We had to join their player's club to get the free slots play, so we did that (easy process anyway).
On check out we went back to the player's club desk to see if the points we had accumulated gave us anything and to our joy we got our second night free, and a further $50 of free slots play!
Woo was a superb restaurant, and we had a sumptuous meal, which after the $30 off only cost us $98. We were wildly successful on the slots, coming away at least $300 up - so our stay at The Venetian didn't actually cost us anything!

Good for you Sancho.....The Venitian is indeed a lovely hotel.....I can't stay on the casino floor for long though....that perfume they pipe through the aircon gives me a headache and makes Alan sneeze......
Glad you enjoyed your stay

Wow that looks fabulous, I'd forgotten how cheap it can be to stay in Vegas, well during the week anyway.
I think I'm going to put it on a list for a return visit.
