Sausage & HashThis is another slimming world recipe. Serves 2 & is 4 syns on a red day.
8 95% Fat Free Bowyers Sausages
8 Rashers of bacon
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
312g mushrooms
2 eggs
6 tomatoes (I used tinned)
Fry Light
Peel & finely chop the onion, peel & chop the garlic, cut the sausages into 1cm slices, remove all fat from the bacon & cho[ mushrooms & tomatoes.
Spray the frying pan with Fry Light & cook the onion, garlic, sausages & bacon for 5-6 minutes. Add the mushrooms & fry for another 5-6 minutes. Then add the tomatoes & cook for 3-4 minutes.
In another pan fry the eggs in fry light. Divide the hash mixture between 2 plates, top both plates with a fried egg & serve.
