BRILLIANT! I bought the szechuan one and used it in a chicken stir fry last night.
Comes with three seperate sachets. Put the chilli and ginger aromatic oil in wok and heat for at least a minute...then add contents of second sachet..the onion, garlic, ginger and chillip paste...cook for another minute of so...then add strips of chicken...when cooked then add veg (I used sliced onion, peppers, mushrooms and baby corn on cob). Coat and cook quickly...then stir in the last sachet of szechuan sauce and heat through. VERY yum!!

With all that pretentious gastrosexual stuff. Me I go down the Chinese supermarket and buy the ingredients, pastes etc from there...cheaper and more authentic...though sometimes I can't read the instructions.
