Advice For Buying In TurkeyHi All!
I dont know if anyone is thinking of buying in Turkey - but if you are I can offer some advice as Ive just bought my first place abroad.
I bought a beautiful villa in Yesilkent which is 5 mins from Altinkum.
The whole process was a dream - no major hiccups - no language problems - no high pressure selling from agents.
Ive bought my place as an investment and to rent out when were not using it - so if anyone wants to have a nosey mail me your email and I will let you have a look.
Im so proud of it...I know I shouldnt get too attached but its a bit late now!
We looked at several places - 40 if the truth be known - and spent time in the area so we knew what the place was like.
We didnt go on a viewing trip - we went on holiday for 2 weeks to where we wanted to buy and pre-arranged visits to places via the net before we went out.
After we had made our decision we signed and then went furniture shopping - it was great...I will have one of them and them and that and this - and the furniture was cheap!
Anyway if anyone is thinking about buying feel free to ask me any questions and I will do my best to answer.
