I keep it on the one site, as my car is a corsa and wouldn't tow it lol
it's only 45 mins from my house so handy to nip off to for a few days.
the red car you can see a bit of is Dads car, the rents have a van next to mine, VERY handy for cups of tea

Acorn thats a shame cos there is nothing I like better than to head off to the van and chill out down there.
Number its the same lol rallye 400 GTE not sure if its a 1990 or 1991, I would like one a bit bigger but as there is only me and the cat who stay in it, it is good for us
Nick Shropshire is lovely isn't it, it's only 45 mins from my house, there is a canal just up the road from me, I keep saying I am going to cycle by it lol

Oooops my van had an accident and that nice looking side window and the rail fell off last week
I shall be attempting my first repair job this week
|
Acorncup
|
how did that happen, then?
hope you can get it fixed OK
|
Colette
|
I think I was a bit keen when I washed and scrubbed it and maybe did it a bit too hard
I have been on the fix it site, and bought the stuff to repair it and re drill it etc, so fingers crossed I can put it all back together

with my mum and dad's van, it was my job in the Spring, to clean the aluminium window frames.........
I would rub my finger sore polishing them but aluminium never comes up really shiny like chrome
are yours metal or plastic?
|
Colette
|
the rail is aluminum but the windows are plastic, but last season it was under a tree, so took 3 hours to wash all the bird poo off
I had aluminum windows on my old static and never got them sparkly either

Our other van was storted under trees and was always a bugger to get clean before going away, no trees at all at the new storage place, thank goodness. We also take the easy way out now, and pay him £15 to wash it for us!

I told the owner of the site I have it on for my seasonal pitch, he could start a business washing them and make some money cos there are 22 on the site, and we all hate washing them
I moved it away from the tree now, I know what you mean, it was full of moss and bird poo and owl poo and more moss and sapp he he
