I have only been twice and am booked up to go back this year. I was abit of a late comer to the joys of Turkey and admit that i let small minded people put me off the place for years about how "Dirty" and "smelly"it was Embarassed (most of which had never even been there themselves)
I am really pleased that i decided to try it because i fell in love with the place, the beautiful scenery and the friendly people and it was definitely not dirty nor smelly. Another plus point is having the gem that is Icmeler only along the road.
Some of my favourite places to eat in Marmaris are
Cousins 2 in armutalan
Panpero opposite blue bays complex
mudurno chicken mmmm
Baran bar on the beachfront, and loads more that i cant remember the name of.
