Turkey fricassee...
shred up the cooked turkey, make up a good savoury white sauce (preferably use turkey stock made with the carcass) add peas cooked carrots and sweetcorn, season to taste,(Maybe add some grated lemon rind and juice) stir everything into sauce reheat in oven for half hour or so, stir in bunch of chopped fresh parsley and serve with rice.
