La Penita Appartments.Puerto del CarmenWell what can I say.Best appartments we have ever been to
They were absolutely huge.We got a ground floor appartment for 3 people.
Number 192 we were facing the side gate so had easy access to the main street.
The appartment was equipped with everything,kettle,toaster,coffee maker,fridge,microwave,heater that blew hot and cold air,TV.
Only downfall is there could have been more sockets,but that's just a little gripe as we had an electric clock radio plugged in one socket,the fan was using another so that only left the kettle socket in the living/kitchen area.There was one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom between the beds but that's all.
There were tons of sunbeds as I think the complex was only half full if that.The whole place was spotlessly clean and operates a recycling scheme for your rubbish....first time I've ever seen that.
Pool was a bit cold but again spotless and was cleaned daily early in the morning.
Rooms were also spotless and maid came in every day except WED and Sun (day off)
The reception and bar staff are lovely and very helpful.There is a computer with internet access in the reception that's coin operated and quite cheap.
The pool bar serves a variety of snacks and apparently does a good english breakfast though we didn't try it.

Thanks for that Lorraine we have been looking at this apts and have contacted them with provisonal dates which they have said are ok
looking at the pics it looks great and as i know roughley where it is in a very good location

It's in a great location as you don't have far to walk in either direction until you come to the bars and restaurants

Blimey  They've certainly changed since I last went in them  Glad you had a good time, and that the accommodation was great.!!! Did you notice beforehand I had never made a comment about it!!!

Oh those photos brought back memories, just like i remember them.
i think that these apts are great and in a brilliant location.
