it's startedwe went on our first camping trip this year at the weekend, it was a bit cold sitting outside in the evening, but in the tent we were warm as toast.
hope fully we''l get chance to more weekends away.

You lucky thing! We're intending to get away next weekend, so I've got to check all the equipment this week.
What kind of tent have you got? We've got a Tri-Space, so there's loadsa room! (Can't stand being cramped, especially when it's wet outside)

Welshoney, where did you end up going to? I prefer the comfort of the caravan in my old age, don`t fancy a tent, I`m getting soft!

ooo how exciting....we have two tents but hubbys gone off the idea of going camping again!!
i wont get rid of the tents though...just incase he changes his mind!

We went to west Wales to a small camp site we went to last year.
The tent is one we bought from tesco in a sale last year....it is big enough for us, and we can stand up in it....might invest in a new one for next season but this one will do fine for us this year.

Welshoney, beware if you`re getting a bigger tent, our son found last year, most sites charge for 2 pitches if your tent is 12 feet or more wide. Makes for a much dearer holiday!

don't think we would get a bigger tent as such, just one maybe with bigger bedroom pods, as I'm fed of the roof touching my face in the night.
