I need help from people who no CornwallMy Dads club are looking to visit The Eden project next year.
They are looking for some where to stay Near by Monday to Friday. Sept / Oct
This place must be at least half board with evening entertainment.
There will be about 30 of them all elderly.
Has anyone stayed at a place like this or no of anywhere suitable.
I havn't been to Cornwall for years , the last time we went we stayed at a Holiday camp in St Austell but I have been told that is now closed.
Any info please.

Hi Charlie - I have bee racking my brains trying to think of a suitable place for your Dad's club that fits all the criteria - I live about 4 miles from Eden. Its the entertainment thats difficult, most hotels etc here are fairly small scale and dont advertise any entertaiment.
Here are a few sites that might be worth a look at though....

If you need any advice you are welcome to pm me Charlie - I havent stayed at any of these but visit a few (we swim sometimes at Lakeview and Hengar)

Because they are older people they like to have their evening meal and then have some sort of entertainment where they are and not have to go out.
This is the problem , the entertainment.
There was a Holiday village in Duporth but I have been told it as closed down.
Thank you for the info I will pass it on.
