I was impressed with the hotel, it is very clean and tidy, there are big comfy sofas dotted around the ground floor. The rooms were a good size with ample storage space, i have seen better bathrooms but it was fine and kept clean. We stayed on B/B basis and did hear from other tourists that the S/C rooms were not up to the same standard.
The pool area was nice, it was clean but you had to be down early for a bed. the animation team were great entertaining the adults as well as the kids. All the other staff we encountered bar 1 were friendly and helpful.
The food i cant comment on because although we were B/B we never got to see breakfast Embarassed Same goes for the night time entertainment, we did not stay around the hotel that much (this was our 1st holiday without the kids, so we made the most of it Wink )
The only real problems that we had were firstly with the lifts, i think there are only 3 for the whole of the hotel and they kept getting stuck between floors.
Also the Air con in the rooms was a total joke, it would only stay on for around 1 hour then switch off, we had to sleep with the patio doors open most nights.
I dont think that i would stay here again, but it has more to do with the location, i prefer being in the opposite end of marmaris to where this hotel is.
