Mick do his home made chunky chips with them. We had the exct same thing the other night and it was bloody lovely

guest you can get marsala wine in tesco's. its pricey, so a good red would do...
but have a look it might be in your price range... but im sure you would only need a little bit anyway..and i think it keeps well...
