creamy cannelloni I DID have a really nice recipe using mince etc for cannelloni. You wrapped the mince with something else? might have been spinach and still something else...in fresh lasagne strips to make the 'roll'. Put all the 'rolls' in bottom of ovenproof dish and the topping, instead of being tomato based...it MUST have been a bechamel sauce...cos I know I had to put cream in with it. Mozzarella on the top..and bake. BUT...I'VE LOST THE RECIPE!!! I've scoured ALL my recipe books...ALL my old Good Housekeeping mags.....looked on the Net...even put a request online in the Good Housekeeping forum. Does anybody know this recipe??? Everyone up for dinner on Tuesday for sons 30th...and he's 'requested' this!!
