cauliflowersI decide to grow cauliflowers, there now in individual buckets, but they seem to have loads of leaves.
And these leaves seem to be plentiful cause of the rainy season, anyone any ideas as what to do with them.

Pull them over the top of the cauliflowers it helps whiten the "flower" and you can when you cut the caulis cook and eat the leaves like cabbage.

i do home help for an elderly lady who lives in a farmhouse
her fields are let out to another farmer
one day she asked me if i would like a pamphrey fresh from the field
she told me exactly where to find them
there were other things in the same field
i came back with what i thought was a pamphrey but not from where
she told me
from closer
turns out it was a cauli just starting
big big green leaves and a little green thing inside
the best laugh was the following week
a good friend of hers did the same thing
and the friend was a middle aged FARMERS DAUGHTER !!!!!!!!!!
