Captive dolphin shows in Sharm el SheikhFor anyone who is going to sharm el Sheikh for a holiday and may be thinking to going to either the Dolphinella show or the dolpharium at the concorde el salam hotel please read about these places first on the following website....http://www.marineconnection.org/n...l/sharm_campaign_latest_jan05.htm the marine connection is a UK based international charity committed to working for the care and protection of dolphins and whales. they are currently campaigning to get these two places closed down in sharm due to the poor conditions the dolphins are kept in and their poor walfare. there is currently an internet petition to try and close these places which can be found here... http://www.petitionthem.com/?sect=detail&pet=1677 two beluga whales....which are ARTIC mammals have already died after being held at the dolphinella!! |
