Anyone stayed in the Garden City Apartments PDLABooked these for two weeks in August though Holiday lettings, there are some good reviews on the internet (none on HT though).
Anyone stayed in them, or know of anyone who has?
If so what did they think?

Hi Scarlet
Maybe I am a bit biased.
We own an apartment there and go a few times a year
Its a well run complex in a very good location.
Near a good sized shopping complex with a large supermarket below shops. Loads of family entertainmentbars and resturants nearby.
If you have any specific questions I will do my best to help

Gosh Laws Im impressed!!!!
That makes me feel much better, there was a link with pictures etc and it looked lovely but its always nice to get a bit of feedback from someone else, especially when you actually OWN an apartment!!
If you didnt mind answering one more question................we always stay up the other end of the resort (Parque Santiago III)
So we dont really know the area that well...............are there any nice restaurants you could recommend...................not madly expensive, just nice bistros?
Thanks a lot

My mate stayed here the other year. The complex is great and it for me is in a fantastic location.
the complex has 2 pools, my friends apt was near the bottom pool. which had plenty of sunbeds around.
You would not be dissapointed if you stayed at these apts.

Thanks Chris, we are definitely going ahead with it. We're looking for cheap flights from Belfast or Stansted (can travel to Stansted and stay over with relatives and go from there if the flights are cheaper)
Must post a query on cheap flights now

Hellooooo again everyone
I know Im a pain but I can see the Garden City on the horizon.......going on 4th August
Few daft questions if anyone is around!
Can you bring inflatables in the pool? (if not we wont bother bringing em)
Is there any entertainment on in the complex at night?
When renting a private apartment, do you usually get "British" channels, I know I wont be watching TV but we've got two kids who could watch something if we are getting ready to go out etc!
I suppose I could email the guy Im renting from...........but I have already asked him a few things and dont want him to think hes being stalked.............

Inflatables are fine they just try to keep them to shallow end of main pool.
Loads of family entertainment bars nearby and the pooside bar has night time entertainment, compere from 9 till midnight with an act on 10 till 11pm.
All apts have sat channels, bbc, itv, news channels, eurosport etc
Will be there 4 weeks today not that I'm counting
