I just finished The Bad Mother's Handbook & also read Swallowing Grandma just before that.
Both have very similar characters in them. Both are about a daughter, a mohter & ecentric grandmother that all live together. Very funny but sad at the same time and based in the North West of England area.
definite recommendations.
