:D Hello,
I never watch Eastenders but my best pal's husband does. He says that Pauline Fowler's boyfriend is a familiar face from some old sitcom but he cannot remember which one.

I bragged that as soon as I see him I will know who he is but I keep forgetting to watch it as I hate it.

Can anyone help me and tell me what Pauline Fowler's boyfriend used to be in?

Thank you in desperation
Carol x

If it's Ian Lavender you're thinking of ( I don't watch Enders very often) then he played Private Pike (stupid boy!) in Dad's Army

I did say I didn't watch it very often, but I spotted at one time that the Ian Lavender character was living with Miss Brahms from Grace Brothers............

I think he was Robbie Box, in 'Big Deal' in the eighties?

Did you also know, he was the narrator on Mr Benn??

Going back over 40 years, Ray Brooks was in Cathy Come Home, a classic film of it`s day.
