Has anyone been watching this series , it has been amazing quality television .Apparently the next series has been "promoted" to BBC1 as audience figures were so good.

| I watched the Stephen Fry one, but kept forgetting the others, really wanted to see the Julian Clary programme as I really like him. I`m not a Stephen Fry fan, but the programme was very good, very moving when talking about how some of his relatives went to the gas chambers in WW2. I hope the series will be repeated. |

I missed the SF one, but have seen the rest. It makes very interesting viewing. Julien Clarys was hilarious, he had one side of his distant family 'looking down' on the other, as they descended from 'a German'! It turned out BOTH sides descended from Germans!! |

This weeks with the Indian Lady (Director of Bend itlike Beckham) was probably my favourite so far this series. It woudnt surprise meif there is a film out soon based on her families problems during partition.

I watched them all, except for the last one.
I enjoyed Jeremy Paxman's the most, so sad!!
And I will following in his footsteps soon to the Mitchell Library.
JC was so funny, when he mum said "I do not want any foreigners in the family!!" And they were German both sides!!!!! Fantastic.
