Has anyone got a recipe for WW Spag Bol?
Or a VEGGIE recipe. I am really going off meat, I made Spag Bol, with Lamb mince last night, didn't really enjoy it, just ate the mushrooms and spaghetti............ I might make in with Quorn mince next time.
But if anyone can help with a WW or VEGGIE version, i'd be grateful.
Or a Chilli Con Carne..............
Thanks.

150g carrots, grated
1tsp hot chilli powder or cayenne pepper
