I had it in summer at my sisters for the first time ever, if you fry it just right its not too dry at all, and tastes beautiful! |

I found it dry but it may have been because I overcooked it. _________________

If you want to pan cook it, heat your pan first, and then let it cook very quickly - say 2 mins each side as you would do a steak. If it is pink in the middle, it will not kill you and means that you've a juicy meal in prospect.
You can also grill it - again quickly does it. You can also slice it thinly and squirt it with lime juce/lemon juice to 'cook' it in the acid of the juice.
The Japanese eat it raw as sashimi - and it tastes great. |

It was lovely in the end I just showed it the pan and it was really juicy and tasty - if youd have told me it was anything but tuna I would have believed you - it was nothing like the tuna in a tin. I will definitely get it again
