One of my all time favourite authors, I love the early Kay Scarpetta books, have read all of them at least 10 times now

| I`ve read all her books, apart from the one about Jack the Ripper, I saw the TV programme she did about that, so didn`t bother with the book. I said I`d read all her books, I`m still waiting for the latest to come into paperback, so that wasn`t strictly true. Like the Scarpetta books the best. |

Same as numberplease, I've read all the Scarpetta books apart from the latest (waiting for paperback)
I did find with the last couple, Blowfly and (can't remember the title), were quite below standard for Patricia Cornwell. I think that by bringing back Benton Wesley, she has dug a bit of a hole for herself. It almost feels like, been there, done that.......
In all honesty, I think Scarpetta has come to the end of the road. |

I used to love Patricia Cornwall, but having read the last couple think she has gone off the boil
