Am I the only one who enjoyed the pre Christmas dramatisation on the Beeb? Thought Timothy Spall was the best Fagin since Ron Moody.
Coudnt say I enjoyed the ITV Dickens offering The Old Curiosity Shop but its not one of the classics.

I enjoyed all the Dickens dramatisations- including the Old Curiosity Shop. I still remember what I call the original BBC dramatisation of the OCS broadcast in about 1965 featuring 2 Doctor Whos. William Hartnell played grandfather and Patrick Troughton played Quilp. Brilliant stuff. _________________
