I just love this stuff and would really like to make it from scratch. Does anyone have a tried and tested recipe?
Thanks in advance

I tired to make it once.. soaked and cooked chickpeas, got sesame seeds etc... just wasn't quite right... maybe it was me or more likely the chickpeas/sesame seeds just weren't the same....
so I just buy it now.. unless I spot a fool proof method I can't say I'll be trying again..
