Anyone watched this? I've just seen one for the first time, no wonder the kids are moody little b*ggers if they are having 64 teaspoons of sugar a day!!!

Watched a pprogramme a while back, can't remember what it was called and the 3 kids were hyperactivem and diagnoised with ADHD. A dietian went in and changed their diet to fresh food, no addititives etc. Within 6 weeks the kids were completly changed and they didn't have ADHD at all.
Just goes to show how additives/chemicles can affect you. |

I know it's a cliche, but "in my day" we never heard of kids with ADHD, but then again, nobody fed their kids with the rubbish they seem to get fed nowadays either.
Some parents just seem to have lost the art of cooking, when it's vital IMO for your own and your childrens health. Some people just can't seem to say "no". _________________

| This show is great, and really brings it home to you that what goes into your childrens bodies has a major effect on there wellbeing, health and appearance in later years..............scary stuff!!!! |

Did anyone see the one with the young boy who had smoked since the age of 4!! he was addicted at about 7 years old. I have never seen anything like it in my life.
I have watched most of these honey were killing the kids and im glad to say that my children get quite a good diet (not too bad anyway, its varied and contains fruit and veg) yet they are still allowed the odd packet of crips or some chocolate. The most important thing to me is that both of my children are very active, between them they go to dance classes 4 times a week, swimming, football and horse riding and the oldest also plays keyboard. sometimes i feel like a taxi service!

They are showing catch up shows at the moment on BBC3 at 7. I watched it last night and it revisited the scottish couple with the young girl and they are still keeping it up 6 months later.
