Irene - love the positive attitude.

It was a really nailbiting game. we gave away a terrible early goal. thought we played well - especially in the second half - although we had a couple of chances that we should have put away.

1 - 1 would have been a great result for us.

But the referee who had made some awful decisions all night (against the Italians as well as us) made a terrible mistake in awarding Italy the free kick in the last minute when it was a blatant Italian foul. For them to then score was just gutting.

But they really did us proud and the Tartan Army have nothing but pride in our team. xxx
