just announced Pakistan have foreited the test and the series is over with a 3-0 win for England

The umpires awarded the match to England and stood by their ruling even thou the pakistanis wanted to play on Monday

Good on the umpires for noticing the ball-tampering; a five run penalty seems mild, though.

Would that officials in other sports applied the rules on cheating as diligently.

Darrell hair is a dubious character, and he always has been,

I think he should be fired if no evidence can be found that pakistan tampered with the ball, i was in a drunken haze watching that game and as soon as the ball started reversing i though S**T, thats us gone, but then, he awarded the penalty runs, and the New tangerine, i mean ball was taken.

26 cameras, and not one picked it up,seems weird to me. I think it was Inzy ho said 'When Simon Jones made the ball moveit was reverse swing, When we do it,its cheating. Very true. Im glad he cant do the the Ashes, i hope we get billy doctrove, hes a good umpire, and im glad he isnt getting it in the neck for this farce.
