While I haven't been, a friend of mine has; he reckons it's a good trip - they even have ex-cons, who served their sentences on The Rock acting as guides.

I've don it Maureen, it's a great trip. When I went, there was the choice of having audio as well through headphones and I'd recommend that as well.
